*Scrumpy takes its name from English ciders made in the West Country in small batches from local, and frequently unappealing, scrounged (or pilfered!) apples.
Search out the apple trees growing in your area. Grab your friends and some buckets and get picking. Bring your crop to Second Harvest during regular hours of operation from now till November 1. If you have a tree and want to donate fruit, contact Jill at 252-6257 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
